Edita Johansen

Edita primarily provides depositary services for alternative investment funds and other fiduciary duties within the financial services sector. She is also engaged in Corporate Services including company administration for Danish units of foreign capital companies.

Prior to joining Nordic Compliance Service, Edita worked as property manager in a small real estate company. Edita has also a solid background in corporate finance and project management in a medium sized company in Denmark as well as she has gained international experience in the global companies abroad.

Edita is an experienced specialist in financial reporting, business analysis, property management, project management, accounting, fundraising and has strong intercultural skills. She has worked closely with different level og management, board of directors and has strong commercial and business understanding.
