Kayatiri Sinnarajah

Kayatiri Sinnarajah primarily provides depositary services to alternative investment funds. She also supports on other legal and compliance-related tasks.

Kayatiri serves several major alternative investment funds in Denmark performing general supervision, monitoring of the cash flows and safe-keeping of the assets.

Kayatiri is experienced in the depositary function and has great insight in the FAIF Regulation. She is responsible for NCS’s internal implementation of development in regulations, as well as ongoing follow-up to ensure internal compliance at all time.
